I wonder what that thing is like to ride. Awesome/Terrifying?

I'm gonna go with terrifying on the triumph, and awesome on the dirt/motox/offroad bikes.

from what I understand quite fun actually. but its REALLY weird as you dont have a front brake and well...Ive been told its unsettling when you reach for the front brake and THERE IS NONE.

Yikes, well I guess you can just bail if there's enough snow to warrant riding one of those.

its not that different from a snowmoblie from what I understand. that back track assembly weights a good 50 lbs whichs helps with slowing down.

A snow cycle is an interesting premise...
I wonder if it would benefit from a really long throw, low-mounted Hossack-type suspension, with a steerable upright on front-facing double wishbone suspension, rather than a really long dirt-bike fork.
For a front brake... I can imagine some sort of a flap-brake (snow equivalent to an air-brake on an aircraft) built into the front ski... or otherwise a double-actuated rear brake on the track, activated by either a foot brake, or the right hand lever... perhaps even with graduated force... a bit of braking on the foot brake, like a weak rear brake on a bike, and a lot more braking force from the hand lever.
